Equipping servants to reach the world
Our mission is to provide training and development opportunities that inspire and enable missionaries and their sending churches to confidently and effectively carry out their Great Commission calling.
Practical training for the people God is sending.
Missionary Training Ministry is a cooperative ministry with the Missionary Baptist Seminary of Little Rock, Arkansas. We provide education and practical training in biblical church planting principles, methods and strategies — and we develop the leadership and cross-cultural communication skills every church-sent missionary needs.
MTM is a ministry of practical training, not theological education. It exists to complement and cooperate with established seminaries, institutes and ministries — never to compete with them.
